Description
E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposal to select up to 3 Subscriber Radio Equipment providers to enter into non-exclusive Master Standing Offer (MSO) agreements for the provision of subscriber radio equipment and associated services to meet the refresh and ongoing requirements of E-COMM’s member Agencies, including Municipal operations, Police, Fire, and Ambulance Services. Further details regarding the specific equipment and services required are included in later sections of this document, and various Appendices.
Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute the signed the RFP Response Confirmation Form, as attached in Appendix “A”, and a Confidentiality Agreement, as attached in Appendix “B”, in order to receive the Scope and Appendix D to G.
