Addenda
Graham Construction and Engineering LP will send Addenda, as issued, to those that have emailed and requested the RFPQ document.
Submissions are invited by Graham Construction and Engineering LP (Graham) for Preconstruction Trade Contractors relating to contract V22023 – Renewal of Spani Outdoor Pool.
Graham Construction, acting as Construction Manager, intends to engage Preconstruction Trade
Contractors for the Formwork, Mechanical, and Electrical scopes of work. Preconstruction Trade
Contractors will work closely with the Construction Manager and design team during the
preconstruction process to assist in design development, documentation development, and
providing budget certainty.
The current invite is to submit prequalification documents for the following packages only:
TP No. 01 – Formwork, Mechanical, Electrical
