Summary Details
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to pre-qualify Digital Facility Telecommunications Services providers in British Columbia. Of primary interest to the Province are suppliers of both Layer 2 and/or Layer 3 services (i.e. the OSI model's network layer).
Respondents that pre-qualify through this RFQ will be required to execute one of two (2) forms of Master Telecommunications Service Agreements (also referred to as Master Agreement or MTSA)(see Appendix A of this RFQ) before being added to the List of Qualified Suppliers. One Master Agreement is identified as applying to Respondents with "Initial Circuits" (as defined in that MTSA) and the other Master Agreement is designated for use by Respondents without Initial Circuits. The Master Telecommunications Service Agreements contain the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the Province and a Qualified Supplier and enables a Qualified Supplier to participate in the selection process as described in section 5 of this RFQ.
