Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the RFQ Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 5.0 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
Targeted Roofing Upgrades as further described in the RFQ and detailed in Appendix E - Specifications and Drawings
Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:
Bidders must submit their completed Quotation Form (Appendix A), the Subcontractor List (Appendix C) Form, the Unit Rate Form (Appendix B), by the Submission Deadline to the BC Housing Contact identified below in the manner set out below:
