On-Call –Electrical Installation, Maintenance & Repair Services - Street Lighting

The City of Port Moody requests proposals from qualified, experienced electrical contractors for On-Call Street Lighting Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services. The scope of work includes the provision of electrical maintenance and repair services on an “as needed and when requested” basis including emergency response at various locations throughout the City.

All enquiries related to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System only: https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/. by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.

Addenda:
Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFSO. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFSO. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.

Any amendments to a bid closing date are captured by way of Addenda, and updated only on the Bids&Tenders bidding site.

Award Decisions:
Final results of the RFSO will be posted directly on the Bidding System.
