Description
BCTS licensees that have abandoned sales or declared bankruptcy have left BCTS to complete their outstanding obligations. This contract will provide Waste and Residue services for several blocks. We have been advised that any sales that completed logging before the end of 2023 can do district average. All sales in this contract are completed logging by 2023 and so can all be done using district averages.
The contractor must submit “Waste and Residue” deliverables for at least 5 units electronically into the “Waste” system by July 15, 2026. The contractor must submit all remaining ‘Waste & Residue’ deliverables electronically into the ‘Waste’ system no later than August 15, 2026.

Questions & Answers
All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.SkeenaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 11:00 am on June 2, 2026. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by June 4, 2026.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
