TA0911 – Elliot
BC Timber Sales, Strait of Georgia Business Area, is pre-advertising Timber Sale Licence TA0911. Formal advertising of this timber sale will occur between January to March 2025. This pre-advertising is occurring to allow prospective bidders to view the sale before inclement weather or snow makes the sale inaccessible. Viewing of this sale now will allow prospective bidders to better prepare a tender when the sale is advertised and tendered.

Timing Restrictions: No timing restrictions for wildlife as no road building (blasting) is required. Known bear dens are greater than 200 metres away from the sale, so no harvesting or hauling related restrictions.
Road Use Charges: N/A
Safety Alerts: Steep road grades over 18%, rockfall hazard, cutbanks over 6 metres, landslide hazard, avalanche hazard.
