Transportation Investment Corporation (the Corporation) is seeking one qualified consultant (“Consultant”) to provide IM project management services on a variety of capital and operational related IM/IT projects. Candidates will ideally have experience with one or more of the following:
• Working with the public sector to deliver IM/IT solutions.
• Providing Project Management services to deliver IM/IT solutions using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Providing Project Management services for IM/IT projects relating to document management and records management
• Providing Project Management services for IM/IT projects relating to camera, image and/or video management, and related data collection techniques; and
• Providing Project Management services in the configuration and implementation of a Cloud-based or Software-as-a-Service solution.
• Providing Business Process Reengineer which involves the radical redesign of core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle times and quality.
• Providing change management to implement change in core business processes.
The Consultant will be assigned to the following project and possibly others on an as needed basis:
Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) – implement a cloud based tool that is in the process of being procured through BCBID. The tool will replace an existing sharepoint site used for document control for major infrastructure projects being delivered by TI Corp. The new tool has multiple phases which include records management. There will a large data conversion phase of the project.
The Term of the Contract is for one (1) year, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year terms or any portion thereof. The estimated time commitment will be 50%-100%, depending upon project requirements. These are average estimates only and not a guarantee of billable hours against the contract.
