Project Description: PRH Energy Study project located at Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH) in Penticton, BC, is to procure Energy Engineering Consulting Services in order to identify specific Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) which if implemented would result in energy savings and achieve greenhouse gas reductions.
