“Although the (Contractor) will be providing (goods/services) to the City under the Agreement that the City will use to host FIFA World Cup 26 matches in Vancouver, the Contractor agrees that it will not have or acquire any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26 because of the (goods/services) or the Agreement. The (Contractor) will not claim that it has any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26.”
