Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Children and Family Development is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to MAEMAC Consulting Inc. (the “Supplier”).

The Contractor must provide:
- Four (4) customer service training sessions for the division.
- On-demand online customer service training platform for use of current and future divisional staff.
- Design, deliver and present results from the customer satisfaction survey.
- Work with the project team on a monthly basis.
- Provide an implementation kit and other tools to support the deliverable.
- Develop a client satisfaction survey to establish service benchmarks and identify opportunities for service and process enhancements.
- Provide coaching for staff on principles and practices of service excellence.
