Description
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The objective of this project is to enhance the relationships and the performance of the tasks across MCFD's team of strategic policy leads, specifically through:
- aligning their individual commitments around a common purpose as defined by the MCFD mandate letter
- articulating a shared set of team/group norms and practices to interdependently work together to deliver on their strategies
- improving collaboration across the team
- developing conflict competency - to have difficult and respectful conversations
- Workplace intervention assessment and recommendations of strategies for the Strategic Integration
- Policy and Legislation to enhance the relationships
- The performance of the task across the team of divisional executive leads
