    Description

    Trillium Lakelands District School Board is publishing this Request for Tender as an invitation to prospective proponents for Life Safety Upgrades-Gravenhurst HS.

    ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the posted date and time.

    Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their bid submissions is based on when the bid is received by the electronic Bid Submission link https://tldsb.bidsandtenders.ca not when a bid is submitted by a Bidder, as bid transmission can be delayed in a “internet traffic jam” due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.

    For the above reasons, the Board recommends that Bidders allow sufficient time to upload their Bid Submission and attachment(s) (if applicable) and to resolve any issues that may arise.  The closing time and date shall be determined by the Board’s Bidding System web clock.

    A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Bidder advising that their bid was submitted successfully.  If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, contact the Purchasing Representative immediately.

    Late bids shall not be accepted.

    To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via e-mail regarding this bid or if a bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create a Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity at the https://tldsb.bidsandtenders.ca.

    Trillium Lakelands District School Board (the Board) shall only accept and receive electronic Bid Submissions through the Board’s Bidding System, hereafter called the “e-Bidding System”.
