Description
The Government of Yukon, Department of Health and Social Services is issuing this Request for Proposal for a service provider to offer travelling dental services in rural Yukon communities.
Community: Carmacks, Dawson City, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, Old Crow, Pelly Crossing, Ross River, Teslin, and Watson Lake.
Traditional Territory: Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun, Selkirk First Nation, Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in, Teslin Tlingit Council, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
