Request for Information- Wildland Fire Management- Catering Services

Community Services – Wildland Fire Management (WFM) is responsible for responding to wildland fires and sometimes other emergency incidents throughout the territory. WFM requires the ability to provide meals to responders in a variety of situations. The locations of each incident may not be known and as such, WFM is seeking information about options that Contractors may be able to provide. Some examples could include restaurant meals delivered to a set location (likely near a community centre), on site catering, off-site catering, or other alternatives as deemed appropriate for the situation. Locations may vary and include fire bases in the community or on the out-skirts of communities, camp set ups in remote locations, or facilities rented within communities. 

This information is being collected for possible work that could take place in any Community or Traditional Territory in the Yukon.
