    Description

    The National Battlefields Commission (NBC) is calling for proposals to operate a food concession within the Battlefields Park (Plains of Abraham), at the central pavilion beside the Edwin-Bélanger Bandstand. There would also be a mobile unit to serve locations agreed upon with the NBC.

    The work will begin from April 1, 2024 and end on March 31, 2029.

    The government reserves the right to negotiate the conditions of any contract with suppliers.

    Call for tenders closing date: Monday, March 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (EST)

    Optional visit: Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the central pavilion located next to the Edwin-Bélanger kiosk. Please notify the contracting authority of your presence.

    Late proposals will not be taken into consideration.
