    Description

    The Contractor will design and deliver a custom university president training program for the incoming Commandant and Vice-Chancellor of Royal Military College (RMC) Saint-Jean, a bilingual civilian-military educational institution offering college and university level programmes. The program will focus on the role of universities, the foundational governance principles, and academic leadership as it pertains to universities in the province of Quebec and in the Canadian context.
