Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):
Three (3) Level 3 Technical Architect
Two (2) Level 3 Business Analyst
Two (2) Level 3 Security Engineer
All SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.
Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence's Science and Technology Enhanced Research Capability (STERC) project has a requirement for Professional Services to provide support for the project.
- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
- The work is currently being performed by Modis Canada Inc. under contract (value $2,169,600.00)
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
This requirement includes a Conflict of Interest clause.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/15.
