Description of the Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in “K” Division (Alberta) are seeking a qualified service consultant who will provide the RCMP with business assessment, subject matter expertise, performance measurement, and strategic recommendations regarding K Division’s Police Services Delivery Model (PSDM), in order to:
• Define the current state and capacity of policing services delivered by the RCMP.
• Identify the community’s needs, observed issues, and social trends.
• Provide solutions which effectively respond to evolving crime by responsibly allocating resources through fiscal accountability.
Level of Security Requirement:
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status (ERS)

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract to maximum 44 months from date of contract award inclusive, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year period(s) under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be 3729 hours in the first 32 months, 780 hours in the next 12 months, and option years as requested by the RCMP. Estimated work hours are provided for bid evaluated price determination purposes only. Their inclusion does not represent a commitment by Canada that Canada’s future usage of the services described in the bid solicitation will be consistent with this data.
