The Embassy is soliciting proposals for commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services for the property located at 22 Oakley Road, Ranelagh, Dublin.
The Embassy has a property with a garden. Thus, the Embassy requires regular gardening maintenance services to keep the garden in healthy conditions. Healthy garden provides environmental benefits and enhances aesthetic experiences of residents, visitors, and the public.
The garden covers 2500m2 including lawns, flowerbeds, driveways, paved areas and green house.
The Contractor will be required to provide gardening services to promote a healthy and aesthetically pleasing garden. The gardening service includes, but is not limited to: lawn care, tree maintenance, shrub maintenance, installation and maintenance of perennial and annual plants, growing flowers/crops in a greenhouse, repair and maintenance of irrigation system, removal of litter, and sweeping of the grounds. The gardening services must meet the highest industry standards.

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
