Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for testing, inspection and certification of fire alarm and fire protection systems within the Correctional Institutions of the Pacific Region in the Fraser Valley.
Objectives: The contractor must provide full coverage maintenance services that consist of scheduled maintenance, semi annual and annual testing and inspection at regular intervals for Fire Protection Systems.
The work the Contractor must perform includes but is not limited to: annual and semi annual testing, external exmaninations, inspections and maintenance and three and five year testing. The Contractor must complete all work in accordance with fire protection systems in accordance with NFCC 2020, NBCC 2020, NFPA 10, 17, 17A, 25, 96, 1962, CAN/ULC S536, CAN/ULC S552 and CSA B64.10.1-11.

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, parts, materials and labour
needed for mandatory maintenance requirements and tests including but not limited to: semi annual
and annual testing and inspections, services and inspections at regular intervals.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: None.
