Description of Work:
To obtain professional services as it relates to the analysis of risks, opportunities, business processes and strategies for implementation of departmental security controls, programs and services.
The Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Policy on Government Security (PGS) and related instruments set the direction for the management of security in federal departments and agencies. The PGS and supporting instruments establish governance and strategic planning requirements as well as eight security control objectives that a department must achieve, at a minimum, to ensure that its mandate, operations, priorities and security requirements are met.
Courts Administration Service (CAS) has developed a Departmental Security Plan (DSP) to support an organization-wide approach to security risk management and set priorities for strengthening departmental security practices and controls and provide the means to monitor the results achieved.
There is a requirement to support the DSP and to perform strategic evaluations of program improvements and performance against the most recent PGS requirements.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret
