The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), operationally knows as the Department of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is responsible for Canada's Buildings and their Maintenance, including the maintenance of the HVAC systems for the Embassy of Canada, the Official Residence and Embassy Staff Quarters, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The objective is to perform maintenance services which includes preventive and corrective work of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system for the: Embassy Building, Official Residence Building, and Staff Quarters.

El Departamento de Asuntos Exteriores, Comercio y Desarrollo, conocido operacionalmente como Departamento de Asuntos Globales de Canadá es responsable de los Edificios de Canadá y su Mantenimiento, incluyendo el mantenimiento de los sistemas HVAC de la Embajada de Canadá, la Residencia Oficial y las Dependencias del Personal de la Embajada, en Buenos Aires, Argentina. El objetivo es realizar servicios de mantenimiento que incluyan trabajos preventivos y correctivos del sistema de Calefacción, Ventilación y Aire Acondicionado para el: Edificio de la Embajada, Edificio de la Residencia Oficial, y Apartamentos de diplomáticos.
