Description
The purpose of this contract is to hire a program operator to develop a set of Product Category Rules (PCR) to support the production of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for combat vehicles. Once complete, combat vehicle manufacturers would be able to follow the PCR instructions to produce comparable EPDs that the GoC could request to meet procurement requirements.
