1. TITLE

Ottawa Central Experimental Farm (CEF)
Testing, Inspection and Monitoring Services on 3 Life Safety Components
2. OBJECTIVE
CEF requires the delivery and installation of new equipment, DSC Neo fire kits (29 devices) to upgrade to a 5G cellular capability the existing CEF monitoring equipment for all of it’s building, within the first year of the contract.
In addition, CEF requires services for monthly and annual testing, inspection and monitoring on 3 life safety components:
• Fire Panel Alarm Systems,
• Fire Alarm Monitoring and ;
• Sprinkler systems.
Throughout the duration of the contract, the Contractor must in addition of the regular services also offer on-demand services such as : minor repair services and emergency service calls.
The contract is for a period of one year, starting July 1st, 2024 to June 30, 2025 with the option to extend the contract for two additional two year periods.
The contract will contain multiple starting dates.
Optional Site Visit : Monday, June 10, 2024 at 10:00am (EDT)
Solicitation Closing Date : Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 2:00pm (EDT)
