OSFI’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) Team has a requirement for a Contractor to deliver High-Performing Business Relationship Management (BRM) Workshop to CRM as well as Information Management and Information Technology (IM-IT) Directors and Managers. This customized program will teach participants how to master the art and science of BRM using a combination of classroom and experiential learning, led by a Contractor with deep expertise and experience in building impactful BRM capabilities and developing top BRM practitioners; especially in the domain of Information Technology and Information Management.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/15.
