    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for
    TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: Natural Resources Canada

    This requirement is open only to Indigenous Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1, Stream 2, Category 2.15 Facilitator Consultant, Senior.

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The objective of this request is to obtain task-based services from the Contractor in engagement services to communicate information, gather input and feedback from stakeholders/partners on specific topics related to matters within the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources Canada under the Canada Lands Surveys Act in support of core government priorities. The Minister’s authority does not relate to, or affect, legislation administered by other federal departments or governments, such as the Indian Act or the Addition of Lands to Reserves and Reserve Creation Act.

    Security:

    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 – Resulting Contract Clauses. Documents may be submitted in either official language.

    Debriefings:

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
