    Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
    This requirement is open only to those PASS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

    Stream 2: Internal Audit Quality Assessments.

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    • Ernst & Young LLP

    • Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP
    • QMR Staffing Solutions Incorporated
    • Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc.
    • Samson & Associés CPA/Consultation Inc.

    However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority in writing to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date.

    Description of Work:
    The CNSC’s Internal Audit, Evaluation, and Ethics Division (IAEED) requires the services of an experienced audit professional services contractor with expertise in professional practices provide as-and-when-requested services to support the professional practices function of the Division.
    The goal of the support is to ensure that the IAEED’s products and processes align and support compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Professional Practices Framework and the Treasury Board Policy on Internal Audit and Directive on Internal Audit.
