This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

A.7 Programmer / Analyst – Level 2
A.11 Tester – Level 3
A.11 Tester – Level 2
STREAM 3: Information Management/Information Technology Services
I.9 System Administrator – Level 3
STREAM 4: Business Services
B.1 Business Analyst – Level 3
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #36 applies
Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, see Annex 9.4, Supply Manual.
Voluntary Set Aside: This procurement has been voluntarily set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
