Helicopter Human External Cargo Systems

**This amendment 01 is to correct minor issues in the French translation.**

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires one (1) complete Transport Canada (TC) approved Helicopter Human External Cargo (HEC) carrying system, with an Option for one (1) additional system, plus usage training.

The contract period will be valid until 2025-03-31.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
