This procurement seeks to secure specialized and advance technical expertise to accelerate the advancement of Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) enterprise data services and integrated data ecosystem – enabling and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, while positioning the Department to emerge stronger and future-ready post-expenditure review.

The overarching objective is to establish and deploy data-driven components of a unified, cost-effective, and sustainable service delivery model that enhances client experience, improves employee efficiency, reduces duplication, and leverages common data and digital infrastructure to deliver secure, integrated, and reliable enterprise data services – allowing clients and employees to experience ESDC as one interconnected system.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/26.
