Description
Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is requesting proposals for services to complete an assessment of the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS) application, with a primary focus on identifying, prioritizing, and implementing any required changes to remediate identified security vulnerabilities, as well as provide technical expertise as new communities are onboarded. One (1) contract will be awarded as a result of the evaluation of the responses to this RFP.
To be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement process, this solicitation process is limited to a maximum of 30 TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders.
Neither the qualifying proposal that scores the highest points nor the one that contains the lowest cost will necessarily be accepted. HICC reserves the right to accept any proposal as submitted without prior negotiations.
Bids which fail to provide all information and documentation as requested in the RFP document by the time of bid closure will be declared non-responsive.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
