    Description

The overall objective of this engagement is to support the implementation of the Clarity PPM (CA PPM) solution for Global Affairs Canada by providing technical guidance, configuration, and technical support. Global Affairs Canada requires Clarity PPM specialized resources to implement, support and provide guidance.

Clarity PPM is an application used for enterprise planning and prioritization of IT Investments. Clarity PPM is an integrative tool that can be utilized for project oversight, project management, and resource management.

The Clarity PPM application will give project managers and business relationship managers a centralized tool to manage intake, projects, budgets, risks, and schedules, as well as allowing all levels of management to view project status and reports and to provide feedback. Additionally, senior managers will be able to obtain a holistic view of IT Plan projects through updated GAC Executive Dashboards and information regarding projects. Since September 2022, GAC has begun work on an API between Treasury Board's GC EPM application and Clarity PPM to facilitate mandatory reporting on investments between the two organizations. Therefore, technical guidance and configuration/support is required to assist with the roll-out.

The managed service provider will need to provide the following resources:

    1. Technical Architect – Level 3
    2. Programmer/Analyst – Level 2
    3. Project Manager – Level 3
    4. Business Analyst – Level 3
