Description

The National Capital Commission is currently exploring the use of a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) procurement model for the delivery of an upcoming large-scale, landscape architecture-led project. This project will prioritize integrated design excellence, sustainable outcomes, and collaborative execution.
To help inform our procurement planning and ensure alignment with market capabilities and interest, we are seeking voluntary input from qualified design-build teams, particularly those with strong landscape architecture leadership.
