Work under this contract covers fit-up of the east side of the ground floor of building M-55, 1200 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, Ontario, of the National Research Council as per construction drawings and specifications.
Mandatory site visit
Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits held on October 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM and October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT. Meet David Lemieux at National Research Council Canada, 1200 Montreal Rd., Building M-55, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R2.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
