The Royal Canadian Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the purchase of two (2) jet powered personal watercraft (PWC) with one (1) trailer to carry both PWC safely for delivery to Prince Edward Island and two (2) jet powered personal watercraft (PWC) with one (1) trailer to carry both PWC safely for delivery to Ontario with options to purchase another eight (8) jet powered personal watercraft (PWC) with four (4) trailer to carry PWC safely for delivery to any of the RCMP Headquarters in each province. Design and construction must be for commercial application, able to withstand extensive use, often in adverse weather and rough water conditions, without damage. PWC will be shore based, launched, recovered by trailer, deployed from all types of different ramps.
All the initial deliverables must be received on or before six (6) weeks from contract award date. All the optional deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2026.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
