    The Mental Health & Addictions Program (MHAP) of care at Nova Scotia Health Authority is searching for a patient and clinician-facing Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that automates the collection and analysis of patient reported outcomes - otherwise known as routine outcome monitoring solution. NSHA is seeking a productive and effective partnership, with clarity and transparency on platform functionality, and a high level of technical and safety standards to advance MHAPs strategic actions: Provide accountable decision making through the establishment of reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes. Improve the meaningful involvement of patients and families in clinical decision making as well as in planning and evaluating initiatives designed to improve MHAP.
