    The Winnipeg regional office of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) has a requirement to purchase office furniture and have it delivered and installed in Winnipeg, Manitoba before February 5, 2025.

    Bidders are asked to provide a proposal to the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) and following instructions as described in section 4. The price of the bid will be evaluated in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes are extra. Canadian customs duties are included.

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of contract.

    Proposal may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/D and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA:
    - Product Category 2 - Work Surface Products;

    2. The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to Winnipeg, Manitoba by February 5th, 2025.

    3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the PSIB stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

    4. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult the bid solicitation document.

    5. The Request for Proposals (RFP) includes an optional site visit. For the date and time, please refer to the RFP document.
