This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Saint Mary’s University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Human Resource Information System. The University is looking to automate the complete life cycle management of Human Resources (‘HR’) business processes. The University is seeking a Software as a Service (‘SaaS’) / cloud-based subscription model of Human Capital Management (‘HCM’), which can integrate with our existing ERP.
