Destination Canada (DC) has a requirement to identify barriers hindering investments in the tourism sector, underscore factors and incentives that foster investment attraction, and identify strategic, actionable recommendations to enhance the competitive edge of Canada's tourism sectors in drawing investments. DC requires a contractor to thoroughly assess the tourism investment policy and program landscape in Canada, encompassing its provinces and territories.
