    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
    This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued for Statistics Canada to require the IT Professional Services of Application/Software Architects (TBIPS Category A.1), Level 3, specializing in the Drupal Web Content Management System (WCMS) platform.

    QUALIFICATION
    All TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for the above Resource Category for Tier 1 under the EN578-170432 series of SAs can compete, unless it would not be consistent with the business requirements of efficient operations.

    SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
    Contractor: Reliability Status (DOS, upon contract award)
    Personnel: Reliability Status (upon contract award)

    LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVEL
    The work will be performed in hybrid style setting. Unless otherwise stated, the Contractor’s resource can telework by connecting remotely using StatCan provisioned hardware and software, however the personnel and devices must be located within the geographical boundaries of Canada.

    By the Project Authority’s discretion, the Contractor’s resource may be required to work on site at 170 Tunney's Pasture Driveway, Ottawa ON K1A 0T6. No travel is required.

    DURATION OF CONTRACT
    It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract with a period from contract award date to March 31, 2025, plus a one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
