    TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

    • Category 2.7, Needs Analysis and Research Consultant
    • Category 2.9, Statistics Analyst
    • Category 2.12, Evaluation Services Consultant
    • Category 2.14, Subject Matter

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    Description of the Requirement:

    Natural Resources Canada (NRCan has identified a need for four (4) Resource Categories* to provide their coordination expertise. The project aims to understand and reduce the environmental impact of Canada's vehicle fleets. By engaging with fleet managers, the study will identify the types of vehicles on the road, the technologies they use to save fuel, and their impact on greenhouse gas emissions. The focus is on retrofitting existing vehicles to be more environmentally friendly. The study will analyze data from a government program that encourages such retrofits. The goal is to create a comprehensive report helping Canada meet its emission reduction targets.

    *The Resource Categories described below are required in accordance with the TSPS SA Annex "A":

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period will be from date of Award to March 31, 2025

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required: Protected B

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability

    Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: Protected B

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the following trade agreements:
