Description
The consultant to the Company will develop a social equity strategy for the Company’s real estate development projects in the National Capital Region. The goal of the social equity strategy is to develop a strategic roadmap that will embed social equity and inclusion across all facets of our real estate development projects. It is anticipated that the work will include the following:
- Preliminary review of the Company’s existing projects in the NCR;
- Definition and analysis of social equity or community benefits that can be offered on our large-scale real estate development projects;
- Development of a social equity strategy and implementation roadmap for the NCR;
- Support the project team and work with external consultants throughout and as required support project engagement efforts; and
- Consultant support on an as-needed basis.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/01.
