    # MANDATORY TECHNICAL CRITERIA PAGE # IN BID CORRESPONDING TO CRITERIA
    M1
The system must include an optical microscope that is equipped with a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy system (LIBS) that can allow for simultaneous observation and inspection

M2 Must be able to analyze spectral range (deep-UV through near-IR)
M3 Must be able to run a routine for multilayer elemental analysis with continuous drilling for multilayer analysis
M4 Must have the capability for a user to create routines for analysis
M5 Must have the capability of analysing composition of liquids.
M6 The optical microscope must have motorized stage in x, y and z directions.
M7 The microscope and elemental analyzer must be able to tilt to allow for angled analysis without sample preparation.
M8 Must use a separate camera for the LIBS analyzer and the objective lens which allows for the LIBS to avoid the use of a glass objective lens which would limit the range of detectable wavelengths (reduces accuracy and sensitivity)
M9 Must have image stitching (mosaic) capabilities in the XYZ direction (3D).
M10 must have a high dynamic range function for 16 bit resolution color gradation
    M11 Magnification range must be ≥ 20x–200x.
M12 The electronic shutter must be both automatic and manual.
M13 Optical light source must be high-brightness LED.
M14 Objective lens working distance must be ≥25 mm
M15 LIBS must be a Class 1 laser with a spot size equal to or smaller than 10 µm
M16 LIBS system must be able to detect and quantify light elements (including H and Li) across the applicable spectral range.
M17 Must have a detachable handheld lens that allows for the observation of samples too large for the stage
M18 The system must be able to operate between 10-30 degrees Celsius range and accommodate 35-80% humidity range without forming condensation.
    M19 Must be a desktop model with maximum dimensions of ≤ 300(W) x 400(H) x 220 (D) mm with a ±10% tolerance
