Transport Canada has a requirement to establish a contract for the services of “Compliance Testing of Vehicle Components & Equipment – Lighting Systems and Retro-Reflective Devices” Lighting Systems and Reflective Devices (Standard 108) on an “as and when required basis” for an initial contract period of three (3) years with two (2) option years.
