TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for: Canada Revenue Agency
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $3.75M) for the following categories:
1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1 Senior and 1 Intermediate) under Stream 1 – Human Resources Services Stream; and
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Revenue Agency requires two Organizational design and classification consultants (one at Senior level and one at Intermediate level), who will support the establishment and deployment of TABI’s Service Catalogue.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be emailed directly, from the Contracting Officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract Award to November 30, 2023, plus one additional six-month option period.
Options will be exercised to extend the contract in time only.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 75 (days) in total for two consultants.
