    Request for Proposal # 408: Stream 1, Financial Audit Generalist – Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI)

    This requirement is open only to those Audit and Related Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Stream 1 – Financial Audit under the SA369 series of SAs. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a bid:

    Description of Requirement:

    The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) is conducting an annual financial audit of the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI).

    The OAG requires the professional services of two (2) Auditors to assist the OAG audit team in conducting the audit work related to the annual financial audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and OAG audit and documentation standards.

    This requirement is intended to result in one (1) contract.

    Level of Security:

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability

    The work performed under this Contract will be at the Reliability Status and the deliverables associated with the completion of the work detailed in this document will be up to Protected B.

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada–Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada–Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Peru Free Trade Agreement.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from 29 April 2024 to 21 June 2024.
