    who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level
    of expertise for the following category(ies):

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract

    Description of the Requirement:
    The Strategic Policy Branch of Health Canada has identified a need for a Contractor to provide
    key services to support the mandate of the Task Force on Health Human Resources. These
    services are required to support development and implementation of evidence based focused
    federal action to address the health workforce crisis. This contract will equip Health Canada with
    the necessary support to advance policy analysis, and stakeholder relationship/ management to
    help support work on addressing health workforce shortages.

    Proposed period of contract:
    The proposed period of contract shall be from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 inclusive.
    Option period 1 shall be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 inclusive
    Estimated Level of Effort:

    Initial Contract period:
    2.10 Knowledge Management Consultant (level 3): 150 days
    2.15 Facilitation Consultant (level 3): 85 days
    2.15 Facilitation Consultant (level 2) 65 days

    Option period 1:
    2.10 Knowledge Management Consultant (level 3): 150 days
    2.15 Facilitation Consultant (level 3): 100 day
    2.15 Facilitation Consultant (level 2) 50 days

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/07/01.
