    ===========================================================================================================================

    ATTENTION: This solicitation is unlike a typical solicitation in that you will be submitting your response to the requirement using our recently developed Automated Bidding Solution or "Bidding on the Phone". Please read below to find out the exciting details!

    The Center of Expertise in Agile and Innovative Procurement (CoEAIP), responsible for exploring and testing agile and innovative procurement practices at Shared Services Canada (SSC), has a requirement for a Learning Designer (LD) to support the development of the Agile Procurement Learning Initiative (APLI). The LD will be responsible for providing expert advice on and improving learning by developing training modules while integrating various other creative elements into the training design(s). Canada may award one or more contracts as a result of this solicitation.

    As part of Shared Services Canada Scale Up initiative, this procurement is a set-aside for micro and small businesses that are either businesses owned or led by under-represented groups or indigenous businesses. ScaleUp is a social procurement initiative led by Shared Services Canada, in collaboration with TECHNATION, to increase the diversity of bidders on government contracts. Register on Canada's digital marketplace to increase your visibility and access even more future opportunities. It's free.

    A bilingual webinar will be held May 12 2023 from 3pm to 4 pm Eastern. If you wish to attend, please contact the contracting authority for the link to the MSTeams presentation. (james.morgan@ssc-spc.gc.ca)

    Although the webinar is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you attend because we will be offering a more detailed explanation of the requirement and the new steps to submit a bid, how to register for a Procurement Business Number (PBN), how to register for our Procurement to Pay (P2P) system, and it will also be a great opportunity for you to ask us questions.

    If you wish to participate in this solicitation and submit a bid, please follow the instructions below.

    This solicitation package includes 2 separate documents in both official languages, as follows:

    A - ScaleUp Standard Instructions – read only pdf document
    B - Resulting Contract (ICB) – read only pdf document that will be updated at contract award

    Step 1

    Please download the ScaleUp Standard Instructions document and read/review.

    Step 2

    Please attend the webinar if you can!

    Step 3

    Please contact the Contracting Authority for your Supplier Unique Identifier (SUI). Access to the solution will only be provided after the non-mandatory webinar has taken place and you will not be able to access the ABS unless you have the SUI.

    Step 4

    Using the SUI provided by the Contracting Authority, access the ABS Solution and submit your bid online! Your electronic bid will be comprised of

    i) - Bid Solicitation portion
