Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada requires contractor services to provide evaluation and maintenance services for the ten (10) automatic and manual transfer switches at the Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines penitentiary complex.
Objectives: The contractor must perform a preliminary evaluation and preventive maintenance on ten (10) transfer switches at the Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines Complex.
Deliverables: The tasks that the contractor must do include, but are not limited to, perform a visual inspection and mechanical check, conduct a thermographic analysis of all connections, contacts and energized components, Produce a technical report, written in French, provide an emergency telephone number, include and supply all basic parts and equipment required for the transfer switch maintenance, etc.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of from the awarded to August 31,2026, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
